A picture book entitled Itchō Gafu (i.e., Picture Album by Itchō) and published in 1770 included the nine pictures of flowers and (or) birds shown in this gallery. Click on a picture to enlarge it. These pictures were drawn by Itchō Hanabusa (1652-1724) and later copied by Rinshō Suzuki (1732-1804) for inclusion in this book.
